Orlando International has a north and south side to its main terminal with 4 spokes that contain the gates. With close to 120 gates there Orlando International is a BUSY airport. When flying a departing flight from Orlando, check which side (Terminal A or B) to go to as it may be a BIG walk to get to your airline.
Orlando International has many restaurants ranging from the fine dining of Hemispheres to Fast Food and Coffee Shops. There are also many shops to browse while passing through the airport. Bookstores, gift shops, clothing and jewelry stores. There is also a spa, shoe shiner located in the terminal. Fedex, UPS drop boxes are around the terminal. ATM, Currency exchange and a bank are there for your financial transactions.
Orlando Sanford International airport is a little servicing almost 5000 passengers daily but still with state-of-the-art facilities. It may be smaller and have a shorter list of airlines. It may be an option to use this as an alternative as fares may be less expensive.
